Document Scanning Specialist

Our client is seeking a Document Scanning Specialist to join their team. As a Document Scanning Specialist, you will be part of the documentation and records management team supporting onsite file digitization activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Document Scanning Specialist Location: Phoenix, AZ (100% Onsite) Pay Range: $20/hr

What's the Job?

• Scan microfiche and physical files into a digital environment using onsite scanning equipment.
• Capture and organize scanned images into folders on a PC using scanner software.
• Ensure all images and records are accurately scanned and archived.
• Adjust scanner settings and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed following provided guidelines.
• Create, copy, and manage folders within Windows 10/11 local and network environments.

What's Needed?

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to follow clear directions to scan and archive physical files into a digital environment.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and high-quality output.
• Experience operating scanners or similar office equipment and troubleshooting basic equipment issues.
