Interim Director of Nursing

We are seeking an experienced Interim Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team. The selected candidate will be placed by Tobin & Associates at one of our client facilities to provide temporary nursing leadership and support.
This is an interim assignment placed through Tobin & Associates- not a permanent internal position with Tobin. The role pays $55–$60 per hour, with weekly pay. The assignment may be extended and could potentially lead to a permanent opportunity with the client facility, depending on the facility’s needs and the candidate’s performance.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care and services
Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for nursing practice, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with facility leadership and other departments to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery
Identify and address quality and patient safety concerns, implementing corrective actions as needed
