What You'll Do Design and lead engaging physical education classes that align with the curriculum and promote students’ overall physical and health awareness. Cultivate a positive and productive learning environment by establishing clear expectations for student behavior and promoting a culture of sportsmanship, respect, and safety. Build a strong culture of teamwork, participation, and collaboration among students. Foster a collaborative community by effectively partnering with parents, colleagues, and administrators to support student success. Implement innovative lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of elementary and middle school students. What We're Looking For Possession of a New York State initial/professional license in Physical Education. Proven experience teaching a physical education program to students of elementary and middle school age. A passion for promoting health, wellness, and lifelong fitness. Demonstrated ability to inspire a culture of collaboration and teamwork among students.
