ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Architect, at Landmark, you will help create and evolve the architecture and design of Landmark’s platform and applications. The Platform Delivery Manager owns the team and its delivery commitments; you own the architecture along with other platform and domain architects.
You will participate in Landmark’s architecture community. You will partner with other architects to ensure that all teams understand the architecture and the best practices to adopt. You will participate in reviews to ensure adoption.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM discipline, or equivalent professional experience
10+ years of professional software engineering experience developing web and cloud applications
Demonstrated track record of defining architectures and implementing performant, resilient and scalable solutions
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce architectural specifications, decision records, and interface contracts that are precise enough to be implemented and clear enough to be understood by teams that did not write them
Demonstrated ability to influence technical peers across teams through the quality of architectural reasoning rather than organizational authority
Hands on full stack experience implementing solutions on AWS and/or Azure
Relational and unstructured Database development and data modeling experience
Experience building front ends with React or Angular
Knowledge of different compute paradigms – microservices/K8S, lambdas/functions, distributed and GPU computing
Knowledge of AI/ML technologies
Preferred:
Experience with both AWS and Azure native services
Background in oil & gas
